Social Media Post Guidance

• Include an image of your project in action.

• Portraits of patrons are also great, with a quote about how the project/their library is helping them meet their goals.

• Tag @Georgialibs and @US_IMLS on posts.

• Mention that your project was funded for pandemic relief and recovery. 

Acknowledge Grant Funders

• As the grants are from GPLS with funding from IMLS, project activities need to reflect this. Wherever possible, please add this statement on materials and/or websites and use the appropriate logo. Here is the statement: "This project was assisted through a grant from Georgia Public Library Service with federal ARPA funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services." Please note that all vehicle wraps must include both the IMLS and GPLS logos (see example).

Stories and Promotional Materials

• Please share how the ARPA Relief grant funds have benefited your patrons by submitting this form and an image. We want to hear your stories!

• Don’t forget to upload your promotional materials to your grant progress reports! Quarterly progress reports will be emailed by GPLS to awardees one week before the report’s deadline.
